control group:Both mothers and infants were in the same room, sucking early, breastfeeding as needed, routine neonatal care, and no bifidobacteria and sunbathing.
Bifidobacterium group:On the basis of the control group, bifidobacteria were given within 24 hours after birth for 1 week
Sunbathing group:On the basis of the control group, they were sunbathed for 1 week after birth
Joint group:On the basis of the control group, bifidobacteria and sunbathing were given

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Oral feeding within 24 hours after birth (2) The gestational age was 3742 weeks and the birth weight was = 2500 g (3) Newborns within 1 week after birth (4) Can provide complete information
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from congenital heart disease, digestive tract malformation, genetic metabolic disease, hemolysis, sepsis and biliary atresia (2) Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was diagnosed within 24 hours of birth (3) Gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation, abdominal distension, diarrhea and vomiting have appeared before enteral feeding (4) Hospitalized for illness at birth
