Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case control study: The setting principle of health control is 1:1 for the healthy population matched with the age of onset of the case group (AD patient is the age of the latest disease onset), gender and urban and rural residence. Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: the course of disease of patients with lupus erythematosus and psoriasis shall not exceed 3 years, and that of AD patients from the last major attack to the time point of investigation shall not exceed 3 years; 2. All subjects are 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Inclusion of DLE patients without systematic involvement: according to the clinical diagnosis, refer to the Asian Dermatological Association (ADA) 2021 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dermatological Lupus Erythematosus, and the comprehensive clinical and laboratory indicators; It does not meet the SLICC classification standard in 2012. 4. SLE patients included: according to the SLICC classification standard in 2012. 5. Inclusion of patients with psoriasis vulgaris: according to clinical diagnosis. 6. AD patients included: they can be included if they conform to either Williams' standard or Zhang's standard. 7. Inclusion of healthy controls: the health examination population of the local physical examination center in the study area matched with the age of onset of patients in the case group (the control of AD patients is their age at the time of the last major attack), gender, and urban and rural residence. 1:1 matched cases were included in the control group. 8. Sign the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in the project, and be able to complete the interview evaluation and retain blood and fecal samples as required. Dynamic Queue Study: More than 1000 lupus high-risk groups were dynamically included. Inclusion criteria: 1. People with a first-degree family history of lupus erythematosus, rheumatism (limited to rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, dermatomyositis, and scleroderma) (parents, children, and siblings), and no connective tissue disease including lupus erythematosus at the time of enrollment; 2. The age is 3 to 50 years old, regardless of gender.
