Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years; 2. Patients who were diagnosed as intrauterine adhesions by hysteroscopy and planned to undergo intrauterine adhesions separation; 3. Volunteer and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute and subacute genital inflammation and pelvic infection; 2. Repair of uterine perforation within 6 months; 3. Cervical cancer, adenomyosis, hysteromyoma (non submucous) > 4cm, endometrial cancer and other uterine tumors; 4. Tuberculosis of reproductive tract without anti tuberculosis treatment; 5. Suffering from serious diseases: such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other medical diseases, coagulation dysfunction and bleeding diseases, which are difficult to tolerate surgery; 6. Have taken hormone drugs in the past month; 7. Endocrine related diseases (such as ovarian hypofunction and thyroid disease); 8. Patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions after two or more times of intrauterine adhesions release.
