18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years old = age = 65 years old, male or female; 2.ASA ?~? grade; 3.General anesthesia will be performed and a muscle relaxant rocuronium will be used to complete the endotracheal intubation and the tracheal tube will be pulled out after the operation; 4.BMI = 25kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuromuscular diseases that are known or suspected to affect neuromuscular transmission; 2. History of neurological and mental system disease; 3. Heart failure, arrhythmia or other serious cardiovascular disease; 4. Severe hepatorenal insufficiency; 5. Be allergic to cyclodextrins or narcotic drugs; 6.Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
