Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initial stroke; 2. Stroke onset time at admission18 years; 4. The mother tongue is Chinese; 5. Fill in the informed consent form for participating in the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other acute serious diseases; 2. Have a history of psychological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Alcohol or drug addiction; 4. Recently experienced other serious trauma events; 5. Serious language or cognitive impairment; 6. Receive craniotomy; 7. Irregular use after stroke ß Receptor blockers or regular use at 2-month follow-up ß Receptor blockers<1 week; 8. Stroke recurred or other serious diseases occurred during follow-up.
