Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients = 18 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes in China's Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes (2020); 2. Patients using insulin for the first time; 3. Have the ability to inject insulin by oneself; 4. Have the ability to use intelligent devices; 5. Conscious, free of communication and cognitive barriers, informed consent, and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical disorders or malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases or neuropathy; 3. Pregnant and lactating women and mental patients;
