Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 3 to 12; Men and women; 2. Clinical diagnosis of xeroderma, and bilateral limb skin lesions symmetrical distribution; 3. Xerosis Severity Scale (XSS)1~4 points ; 4. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) 1 to 6 points; 5. Can use research products and follow up regularly as required; 6. Subject and/or guardian agree and sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are allergic to any component of the product for research; 2. Local rash with virus, bacteria or fungus infection; 3. Severe liver and kidney disease, blood system disease, autoimmune disease, chronic severe infection, diabetes, psychosis, etc; 4. Patients with malignant tumors or other serious diseases that may affect the correct evaluation of curative effect; 5. The withdrawal time of topical drugs such as glucocorticoids, calcineurin inhibitors, retinoic acid preparations, and traditional Chinese medicine was less than 2 weeks; The withdrawal time of glucocorticoid, immunosuppressant (Tripterygium wilfordii, etc.), retinoic acid drugs, diuretics and other systems was less than 4 weeks; Phototherapy was stopped for less than 4 weeks; 6. Other reasons considered unsuitable by the researcher.
