Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: KOA diagnostic criteria refer to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) formulated by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018: 1. Repeated knee pain in the past month; 2. X-ray film (standing position or weight bearing position) shows narrowing of knee joint space, subchondral osteosclerosis and/or cystic change, and osteophyte formation at the joint edge; 3. Age: 40-70 years; 4. Morning stiffness time = 30min; 5. There is bone rubbing sound (sensation) during activity. Meeting 1+(2 of 2, 3, 4 and 5) can be diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have had hip/knee replacement surgery or plan to have hip/knee surgery during the trial; 2. Patients with knee joint tumor, tuberculosis, suppuration and disease that affects joint structure and function; 3. People with diseases that hinder their participation in and influence the completion of the study, such as myocardial infarction or stroke, congestive failure, serious chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, diabetes, serious systemic diseases and serious mental diseases in the past three months; 4. Those who have used any test drug in the past 30 days; 5. Those who participate in other clinical trials at the same time and cannot complete the scale.
