Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Radical or palliative gastrectomy was performed in our hospital. Postoperative pathology showed dMMR/MSI gastric cancer and pMMR/MSS gastric cancer; 2. All patients were examined by plain and enhanced three phase abdominal multi-slice spiral CT before operation. The images of plain CT scanning, arterial phase, venous phase and delayed phase are thin slice scanning, and all images can be viewed on the PCAS system; 3. The patient did not receive radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy or other comprehensive treatment before surgery; 4. The clinical data and pathological data are true and complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The date of preoperative CT examination was more than 30 days from the date of surgery; 2.Poor gastric filling, unclear imaging images, or lesions that are too small make the lesions difficult to measure.
