Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. HIV-1 infection; 3. HBsAg positive, with or without HBeAg positive; 4. HBsAg quantification200/ µ L; 8.HIV RNA=50copies/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current opportunistic infection or AIDS related malignant tumor; 2. Anti HBV regimen without TDF/TAF, 3TC/FTC<6 months; 3. decompensated cirrhosis; 4. Abnormal thyroid function; 5. Autoimmune disease; 6. HCV RNA positive; 7. HDV IgG positive; 8. Creatinine clearance rate<60 ml/min; 9. Pregnant and lactating women; 10. Have a birth plan; 11. Current drug users; 12. Patients with serious mental and neurological diseases; 13. Those who have a history of alcoholism and cannot stop drinking; 14. Severe peptic ulcer; 15. Serious cardiovascular disease; 16. Acute and chronic pancreatitis; 17. Subjects considered unsuitable by other investigators.
