Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral palsy, constipation in traditional Chinese and western medicine and syndrome types; 2. Between 2-6 years old, male and female are not limited; 3. There is a clear history of cerebral palsy, but the cause of constipation is not clear; 4. The liver and kidney functions are normal, and there is no primary disease of heart and brain vessels; 5. Routine blood and urine tests are normal; 6. No constipation related treatment was taken 1 month before enrollment; 7. The family members of the children voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic diseases of rectum or sigmoid colon were complicated; 2. Constipation caused by congenital malformations such as anal stenosis and intestinal stenosis; 3. There is skin bleeding, such as damage or infection of the operation site; 4. Children with constipation caused by abdominal surgery, drugs and other factors.
