18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years; 2. We plan to accept laparoscopic renal surgery (radical nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy or total nephroureterectomy) at a selected time; 3. Weight range: 40-90 Kg; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway signs such as limited neck movement, mouth opening<2 fingers, small jaw, etc; 2. Patients with untreated epiglottic cyst and vocal cord polyp; 3. Gastroesophageal reflux disease diagnosed, or previous history of partial or total gastrectomy or esophagectomy; 4. Past history of severe COPD, tracheobronchial stenosis, lobectomy or pneumonectomy; 5. Serious cardiac insufficiency (NYHA IV), liver dysfunction (Child Pugh C, Appendix 1), or severe renal dysfunction (dialysis before operation) or ASA = IV is expected to enter SICU after operation; 6. The patient is unable to cooperate with the postoperative follow-up due to cognitive dysfunction or language communication disorder.
