Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For pregnant women diagnosed as gestational diabetes by clinical 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) within 24-28 weeks of pregnancy, the blood glucose threshold of pregnant women meets the IADPSG 2010 standard: fasting blood glucose >= 5.1 mmoL/L and/or blood glucose >= 10.0 mmoL/L 1h after taking sugar and/or blood glucose >= 8.5 mmoL/L 2h after taking sugar; 2. Aged 18-40 years; 3. Natural pregnancy; 4. Single pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound; 5. Have sufficient cognitive and behavioral abilities; 6. No hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome and other endocrine related diseases; 7. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with pre pregnancy diabetes (type 1 or type 2 diabetes), or who have received insulin or other drugs for diabetes; 2. Multiple pregnancy; 3. The results of ultrasonic examination showed that the fetus had serious congenital abnormalities; 4. Previous pregnancy complications, such as mental illness, heart failure, renal failure and severe liver disease; 5. Previous pregnancy complications, such as severe anemia, threatened abortion and fetal intrauterine growth restriction; 6. Use drugs that may affect OGTT results, such as steroids or immunosuppressants; 7. People with a history of smoking, alcohol or drug abuse; 8. People with special dietary requirements, such as vegans or people with special food allergies.
