Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18; 2. Patients with type 1 or type 2 DM; 3. Conforming to SNPDR diagnostic criteria: according to ETDRS classification, SNPDR is diagnosed if there are four quadrants of diffuse intraretinal hemorrhage and microaneurysm, two quadrants of beaded changes in veins, or one quadrant of intraretinal microvascular abnormalities (IRMA).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PDR patients according to ETDRS classification [3]; 2. Have received laser therapy or PPV surgery in the past; 3. Have received photodynamic therapy within 2 months, and injected anti VEGF drugs into the vitreous cavity, periocular or systemic; 4. There are other eye diseases or diseases that affect BCVA or drugs that affect BCVA by oral administration (except for slight refractive medium turbidity, such as corneal haze not in the pupil area; cataracts with grading = C2N1P0); 5. Have a history of retinal detachment or IMH, and have fundus diseases such as retinal pigment epithelium tear, macular retinal traction, retinoschisis or macular epiretinal membrane; 6. Have received other eye surgery (except for patients who received cataract surgery without complications or laser posterior capsulotomy or refractive surgery six months or more ago); 7. diabetes patients with uncontrolled blood glucose (fasting blood glucose = 7.0 mmol/L or blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/L 2h after meal); 8. Poor control of hypertension (defined as blood pressure = 150/95 mmHg after treatment with antihypertensive drugs); 9. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease history within 6 months; 10. Patients with other liver and kidney diseases and acute infectious diseases; 11. The researcher thinks that it is necessary to exclude.
