Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research team: 1. Preterm infants (gestational age<37 weeks) admitted to our obstetrics department and neonatal department from April 1, 2022 to December 30, 2022. It is divided into upper breathing unit and non upper breathing unit. Control group: 1. Term neonates admitted to our obstetrics department and neonatal department from April 1, 2022 to December 30, 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations (including complex congenital heart disease and pulmonary malformations); 2. Genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Chromosome disease; 4. Family members do not agree to participate in the study.
