Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: Adolescent patients (12-18 years old) who meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the psychological clinic and have not taken any psychiatric drugs in the past year are selected as case group, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) >=17 points, Young's Manic Scale (YMRS) < 6 points; According to Ghaemi's diagnosis criteria for soft bipolar disorder, the patient group is divided into bipolar depression group (BD-I and BD-II), unipolar depression group (UD) and depression with bipolar disorder (DWB) group. 2. Control group: Adolescents who do not meet any diagnostic criteria of DSM-V mental disorders in ordinary middle schools in Tianjin are randomly selected as the healthy control group.Age: 12-18 years old, no gender limitation, HAMD-17 < 7, YMRS < 6; Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hearing and visual impairment; 2. History of severe physical disease or organic brain disease and traumatic brain injury; 3. Have received electroconvulsive therapy in the past year; 4. Drug, alcohol, or other substance abusers; 5. Failure to cooperate or complete the subject effectively during the study.
