Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of the study were all contracted patients of Fangzhuang Community Health Service Center. 1. Stroke patients in the non-acute phase; 2. Unconscious disorder, able to complete the assessment of relevant scales; 3. No other serious parenchymal diseases; 4. No history of endocrine diseases and mental diseases; 5. Be able to live in the community for more than 1 year since entering this study; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in critical condition and unable to cooperate with relevant examinations and tests; 2. Those who are in the terminal stage of the disease, with a life expectancy of <=12 months; 3. Those who have severe cognitive impairment or total disability and are bedridden; 4. Combined with acute or/or severe liver, kidney, tumor, and hematopoietic system diseases; 5. Are participating in other studies similar to this study.
