60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who were aged 60 and above; 2. Those who were diagnosed with cognitive frailty; 3. Those who have not participated in any regular physical exercise in 1 year; 4. Those who volunteered to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffered from severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney disease, and other severe diseases and could not tolerate exercise training; 2. Those who suffered from neurological, muscular, skeletal, or joint diseases that seriously affected limb activity; 3. Those who had cognitive or mental disorders and were unable to cooperate with instructions; 4. Those who had participated in another clinical exercise study.
