Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-70 years old; 2. Stable on Parkinson's disease drugs, no adjustment of anti-Parkinson's disease drugs within 2 weeks; 3. HY grade <4; 4. Able to walk independently for 30 meters; 5. Patient or family members signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of other neurological diseases (such as epilepsy, etc.) other than PD; 2. Dementia known to interfere with participating in the study, MMSE<23; 3. History of mental illness; 4. TMS without recorded tibialis anterior muscle movement induced Potential; 5. Those with dyskinesia or severe tremor interfering with stimulation; 6. Pregnancy; 7. Other serious cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases (such as acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, and refractory hypertension); 8. Claustrophobia; 9. Contraindications for magnetic stimulation and magnetic resonance examination such as built-in metals (such as pacemakers, intracranial metal implants, etc.).
