Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 (including 18 and 65), with no gender limitation; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic hepatitis B (HBsAg or HBV DNA positive for more than 6 months, or confirmed by liver biopsy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune liver disease (ANA > 1/320), alcoholic hepatitis, drug and toxic liver injury, and other diseases that can cause significant liver damage; 2. Acute cardio-cerebrovascular accident and/or extrahepatic end-stage disease; 3. Pregnant, parturient or lactating women; 4. Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by other researchers.
