0.5 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 0.5-6 years; 2. Ventricular septal defect repair; 3. Subjects of ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with LVEF < 35%; 2. Patients who had allergies to ropivacaine; 3. Patients with the chest deformities; 4. Patients with local infection of the skin at the site of needle puncture; 5. Patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6. Patients with emergency operation; 7. Patients who underwent second thoracotomy.
