Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-18 with osteogenesis imperfecta; 2. Unilateral or bilateral tibiofibular osteotomy, orthopedic and internal fixation were performed; 3. After operation, one or both lower limbs were fixed with a long leg cast.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Internal fixation displacement or osteotomy displacement occurred within 4-6 weeks after the operation, and femoral osteotomy and internal fixation were performed at the same time.
