Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 38 to 80 who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. In line with the above Western medicine diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis, evaluation criteria for early knee osteoarthritis and Chinese medicine diagnosis criteria; 3. Able to understand the provisions of the daytime function scale and complete the assessment; 4. Agree to participate in the survey and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems; 2. Long-term use of other drugs that affect the efficacy and safety evaluation and comprehensive treatment; 3. Gouty arthritis and other arthritic diseases, and other diseases affecting lower limb function; 4. Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or preparing to become pregnant; 5. People who are allergic to alcohol, more than two kinds of food, drugs, pollen, etc. 6. Allergic to known components of test drugs and control drugs; 7. Patients with critical illness are difficult to accurately evaluate the effectiveness and safety of new drugs.
