Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who underwent cadaveric kidney transplantation for the first time; 2. There is no restriction on gender, ASA grade III ~ IV, age 18 ~ 65 years old; 3. BMI18~30 kg/m2; 4. Dialysis was performed regularly before the operation; 5. Be able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, be willing to sign the informed consent, and strictly abide by the clinical research protocol to complete this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from liver, mental and nervous system diseases; 2. Coagulation dysfunction, heart failure, and respiratory failure; 3. Long-term use of sedative or antidepressant drugs; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unable to communicate and cooperate.
