Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients underwent hip replacement or femoral head replacement; 2. Age >=60 years; 3. Be informed of this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major organ injury; 2. Complicated with cognitive dysfunction, mental illness and coagulopathy; 3. Allergy to narcotic drugs.
