Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria of sepsis in children, referring to the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of septic shock (septic shock) in children (2015 Edition); 2. The age ranged from 28 days to 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with comorbid malignancies or autoimmune diseases; 2. Organ transplant patients or those using hormones, cytotoxic drugs, or immunosuppressive agents for nearly 2 weeks; 3. Hospital stay was less than 24 hours.
