Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I~III; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. Patients scheduled for thoracic/lumbar interbody fusion in Beijing Municipal Geriatric Medical Research Center; 4. Education background is capable of MoCA score; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases associated with cognitive impairment; 2. Preoperative Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score 177umol/L); Congestive heart-failure (NYHA status IV) or cerebral vascular disease within 6 months, including cerebral hemorrhage and infraction, or over 6 months but with neurological sequelae; 7. Persistent arrhythmia; 8. Spinal injury; 9. Left-handedness; 10. History of drug and alcohol abuse;
