18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2. PDR requires vitrectomy; 3. Age> 18 years old; 4. Corneal transparency; 5. Confocal microscopy decreased corneal nerve density; 6. With or without decreased corneal sensitivity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined corneal disease (ulcer, infection, matrix scar or corneal transplantation, etc.); 2. Combined glaucoma and poor intraocular pressure control; 3. Long-term wear of corneal contact lens; 4. History of corneal refractive surgery; 5. Long-term use of eye drops or eye ointment; 6. Autoimmune disease (such as Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.)
