Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria for ICU nurses are: (1) Registered nurses; (2) Provided direct care to patients; (3) Worked long than 6 months; (4) Experienced burnout; (5) Liked to participate into the study. 2. For nurse managers, the inclusion criteria were: (1) Head nurse of ICU or other nurse managers; (2) Want to participate into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Student nurses and advanced nurses were excluded in the study. 2. No exclusion criteria were set for nurse managers.
