Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral limb paralysis meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference Standards Vascular Disease Academic Conference, and is confirmed by cranial CT/MRI, and the condition is stable; 2. The patient has clear consciousness, no serious cognitive and sensory impairment, and can understand and cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 3. Able to walk more than 12 m independently or under monitoring; 4. The modified Ashworth classification of the muscle tension of at least two muscles of the hamstring, quadriceps, and triceps of the lower extremity on the affected side is >= grade I; 5. All patients gave informed consent to the treatment-related conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with peripheral or other central nervous system diseases; 2. Suffering from serious heart, liver, kidney, dysfunction, blood system diseases and serious systemic diseases; 3. Patients with local infection and skin ulceration; 4. Those who have received botulinum toxin injection or oral antispasmodic drugs.
