30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria agreed by experts in the diagnosis and treatment of adult bronchiectasis in China in 2021; 2. Lung function test was in line with irreversible airflow obstruction, that is, after inhaling bronchodilator, forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC) (FEV1/FVC) < 0.70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute aggravation in recent one month; 2. Lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchial asthma and other respiratory diseases; 3. With advanced stage of other severe diseases and life expectancy less than one year; 4. There are cognitive disorders or mental abnormalities can not cooperate with inhalation treatment; 5. Patients with poor treatment compliance.
