Measure plaque thickness (vertical distance from the intima surface to the outer surface of the media) in the transverse section, measure the plaque length in the longitudinal section, and observe the surface and internal echo characteristics; 3. Color Doppler blood flow imaging: the color blood flow signal fills the lumen, and no color blood flow signal overflows; 4. Enlarge the observation area to one-third of the screen, and adjust the focus point to the plaque on the anterior wall; 5. After adding the sound guide pad, adjust the gain until it is suitable.
