Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or above; 2. Patients with endophthalmitis requiring vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to maintain the body posture as required; 2. Poor refractive interstitial condition; 3. Patient with corneal diseases, such as endothelial syndrome,corneal endothelial malnutrition,keratoconus,etc.; 4. Intraocular foreign body cannot be removed; 5. Patient with retinal diseases, such as retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration.
