Interventions

Experimental group:Based on the control group, the intervention group will be provided tele-exercise rehabilitation program delivered through telerehab APP
Control group:receive tele-education guidance about OP once a week via telerehab APP and are reviewed outpatient at follow-up time, provided by doctors and nurses

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 40 to 70 years; 2. High risk of fracture: According to the Fracture Risk Factor Assessment Tool (FRAX), the 10-year probability of hip fracture >= 3% or osteoporosis-related fractures (clinical spine, forearm, hip or shoulder fracture) >= 20% High-risk groups for fractures; 3. Clearly understand the content and purpose of this research, voluntarily participate in the research and cooperate to complete the project and sign the informed consent; 4. Have a mobile phone that can download the rehabilitation APP and use it proficiently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower extremity joint injury or surgery; 2. Fracture or localized back pain in the last 1 year; 3. Smokers; 4. Malignant tumors; 5. Control cardiovascular disease; 6. Cognitive impairment or cognitive impairment; 7. Contraindications to strenuous exercise; 8. Participated in any form of progressive resistance training or weight/impact training at least once a week in the past 3 months; 9. Diseases known to affect bone health (such as hyperthyroidism or hyperparathyroidism, Paget's disease, diabetes, kidney disease, or mobility impairment); 10. Taking drugs (other than OP drugs) known to affect bones (eg, long-term use of corticosteroids, thyroxine, thiazides, or antiretroviral drugs).
