Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 10 mg/kg, total gamma globulin 2 g/kg; 5. No previous ketogenic diet; 6. Parents agree to add ketogenic treatment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with viral encephalitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, Rasmussen encephalitis, brain structural abnormalities or metabolic disorders similar to FIRES; 2. Family history of epilepsy and known neurological diseases; 3. Suffering from serious diseases such as digestive system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system and immunodeficiency; 4. Psychomotor developmental delay before onset; 5. Liver failure (AST, ALT, blood ammonia > 5 times the upper limit of normal, total bilirubin > 15 mg/dL, direct bilirubin > 5 mg/dL within 24 hours); 6. Cannot tolerate enteral food, including intestinal obstruction; 7. Hemodynamic or cardiopulmonary instability; 8. Metabolic instability (serum sodium 150 mmol/L, blood glucose < 2.8 mmol/L, albumin-corrected total calcium < 8 mg/dL, or pH < 7.2 within 24 hours); 9. There are ketogenic diet contraindications (fatty acid oxidation disorder or pyruvate carboxylase deficiency, etc.).
