Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is preoperatively diagnosed as a disease requiring hip replacement; 2. Menopausal women who are older than 50 years old and younger than 80 years old; 3. The scope of operation is unilateral hip replacement; 4. Those who are not combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency or malignant tumors and can tolerate surgery; 5. No history of long-term bed rest before the injury; 6. Patients voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency or malignant tumors; 2. Those who have received osteoporosis drug therapy within 2-3 months before operation; 3. People who are bedridden for a long time.
