Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The main complaint is difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep, or poor sleep quality; this sleep disorder occurs at least 3 times a week and lasts for more than 1 month; 2. Concerned about insomnia day and night, worrying too much about the consequences of insomnia; 3. Dissatisfaction with the quantity and/or quality of sleep causes significant distress or affects social and occupational functioning; 4. No metal implants in the body, no MRI scanning contraindications; 5. Before the test, those with no acupuncture response and those with excessive acupuncture response were screened out through the acupuncture response pre-test, that is, all subjects felt a needle sensation after receiving acupuncture.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Insomnia symptoms caused by drugs and alcohol, history of brain trauma, brain surgery; 2. The patient has a history of mental or neurological problems. Upon admission: Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Axis I Disorders Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition Axis I Disorders (SCID I). A first-degree relative with a history of mental illness who has taken psychotropic drugs within the last three months; 3. A history of alcohol dependence or drug abuse.
