Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65; 2. ASA grade II-III; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver dysfunction, acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding with shock, severe anemia, mental illness, cognitive impairment and severe heart disease, coagulation disorders, epistaxis or other patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Pneumothorax, chronic pulmonary obstruction, abnormal upper airway (obstruction, severe stenosis); 3. Potentially life-threatening circulatory and respiratory diseases; 4. Those who are allergic to propofol, protein, soybean, and eggs; 5. Subjects and their families refuse to participate.
