Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy young people: (1) Normal cognitive function, Mini-Mental State Examination Scale MMSE > 30 points; (2) No previous history of trunk and limb bone joint and neuromuscular diseases; (3) No history of major organ diseases; (4) No history of mental illness and epilepsy; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 2. The elderly: (1) Age 60 years and above; (2) The cognitive function is normal, and the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale MMSE > 30 points; (3) No history of trunk and limb bone joint and neuromuscular diseases, no history of important organ diseases; (4) No history of mental illness and epilepsy; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 3. Stroke patients: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria for stroke adopted by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference, and confirmed by head CT or MRI; (2) The cognitive function is normal, and the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale MMSE > 24 points; (3) The lower extremity Brunnstrom stage of stroke is >= 3; (4) Can stand independently for at least 10 minutes; (5) Be able to cooperate with the experiment and sign the informed consent; 4. Patients with Parkinson's syndrome: (1) Determine the diagnosis of primary PD according to the 2013 European Federation of Neurology PD diagnostic guidelines; (2) Hoehn-Yahr (HY) grading was 1-3, and the patient could walk independently; (3) Normal cognitive ability, no obvious hearing and visual impairment; (4) Be able to cooperate with the experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients: (1) The condition is unstable, and there are cognitive and language barriers that affect communication; (2) Quadriceps muscle tension Ashworth grade > 2, lower limb bone and joint diseases lead to knee and hip dysfunction; (3) Bilateral hemiplegia, cerebellar lesion, traumatic brain injury or other neurological diseases; (4) Combined with other cardiopulmonary diseases, etc. who cannot complete the experiment; 2. Patients with Parkinson's syndrome: (1) Various Parkinson's syndromes secondary to fractures, tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, drugs, and hydrocephalus; (2) Musculoskeletal diseases and cerebrovascular diseases that affect standing balance function have occurred; (3) Acute cerebrovascular disease is screened by cranial imaging examination; (4) Heart failure, coronary heart disease, severe hypertension and other serious medical diseases; (5) Persons who cannot cooperate in other circumstances.
