Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 0.5-18 years old (except newborns); 2. Pathologically confirmed medulloblastoma; 3. Have not received other relevant treatment before the operation; 4. Complete head and spinal cord enhanced MRI examination; 5. Tumor samples can be obtained and molecular typing can be determined; 6. Postoperative KPS score >= 70 points; 7. Voluntarily enrolled in the group and able to accept long-term follow-up; 8. Patients or their family members voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have recently received other drugs or radiation therapy; 2. Patients suffering from acute or chronic infectious diseases or infectious diseases; 3. Patients suffering from uncontrollable neurological, mental diseases or mental disorders, and poor compliance; 4. Patients who cannot receive enhanced MRI scans; 5. Other conditions that the investigator believes that the patient is not suitable for participating in this trial.
