Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing lower extremity orthopedic surgery under combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 3. Age 18-65 years old, BMI between 18.5-23 kg/m2; 4. Heart, lung, liver, and kidney functions without abnormality, immunity, blood system, and blood coagulation function without abnormality; 5. No infectious disease; 6. Non-NSAIDs contraindications; 7. The patient is informed and agrees to receive blood test and drug treatment plan, and sign the informed consent form; 8. Not participating in other clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are allergic to NSAIDs; 2. Use PCIA lost patients or follow up lost patients; 3. Operation time > 2 hours.
