Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75; 2. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Patients requiring emergency endoscopic examination and/or treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in poor health and cannot tolerate gastroscopy; 2. Those who have serious heart and lung diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction, severe anemia and other organ tumor diseases, which affect the operation of gastroscope or follow-up after operation; 3. Those unwilling to participate in the test.
