Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy control group: 1. No cognitive impairment; 2. Be able to understand and cooperate with research needs; 3. Healthy adults aged 20-80; 4. No history of motor function disease in the past; Brain stroke group: 1. Comply with the diagnostic points formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019; 2. First unilateral cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage without surgical intervention; 3. Course of disease within half a year; 4. Stable vital signs, GCS score>=9; 5. Age 20-80; 6. Normal cognitive function (MMSE score = 27); 7. Brunstrom stage of affected upper limb is 1-5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Listening comprehension obstacle or inability to execute oral instructions; 2. Patients with high fever, coma, delirium, claustrophobia, infectious disease, malignant tumor, severe mental disease, easy cardiac arrest and pregnancy; 3. There are metal or electronic instruments in the body: cardiac pacemaker, nerve stimulator, medical pump, etc; 4. There is a risk of inducing seizures or uncertain risk: if there is a history of epilepsy; Patients with brain trauma and other diseases who do not take drugs to prevent epilepsy; Sleep deprivation, drunkenness, excessive fatigue, etc; 5. Parkinson's syndrome (including traumatic, toxic, vascular, tumor, drug-induced, hydrocephalus, etc.) and Parkinson's superposition syndrome; 6. Those who are unwilling or unable to cooperate.
