18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years< age < 65 years; 2. People who plan to settle in their communities for more than one year; 3. Be able to use smart phones and watches; 4. Sign the informed consent form and agree to complete regular follow-up; 5. 18.5=BMI=28.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumor, heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases; 2. Continuous use of sleeping pills for more than 10 days for any reason within the first 3 months; 3. Night shift workers; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) diagnosed.
