Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. The mode of anesthesia is local anesthesia; 3. The patient is conscious and can communicate normally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those unable to cooperate with the experimental investigators; 2. Fine operation, such as ophthalmology, vascular tendon anastomosis; 3. Take anti anxiety and sedative drugs within one week before operation; 4. Those under brachial plexus and neck anesthesia.
