Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who are selected for otorhinolaryngological surgery; 2. ASA grade I~II; 3. Aged from 6 months to 6 years; 4. Weight < 20kg; 5. BMI20-30kg/m2; 6. Anesthesia mode: tracheal intubation general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Family members refuse; 2.A history of allergic reactions to benzodiazepines; 3.BMI30kg/m2; 4.Children with clinically relevant tracheal, cardiovascular, hematological, gastrointestinal, liver, kidney, endocrine, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric or skin disorders.
