Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnosis of herpes zoster neuralgia in the distribution area of the mandibular branch of the trigeminal nerve; 2. The pain lasts no more than 3 months; 3. Those who have received regular drug therapy, physical therapy or other minimally invasive interventional therapy but have poor pain control (NRS score>4) or intolerable side effects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation disorder or anticoagulant application, combined with acute infection, puncture site inflammation, and severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency, who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. MRI of cervical vertebra indicates hyperosteogeny, deformity or space occupying lesion, which affects electrode placement; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Those who have mental illness and mental retardation and can not complete the self-assessment questionnaire and can not cooperate with the follow-up; 5. Losing follow-up for more than 180 days or incomplete clinical data due to other reasons.
