Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The legal representative of the child voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form; 2. Involving unilateral proximal femoral surgery; 3. aged 4-15 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of legal representative; 2.Allergic to local anesthetics or drugs; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4.Function failure of hepatic or renal; 5. Take analgesic drugs for a long time; 6.Non-compliant patient; 7.Mentally retarded children, cognitive impairment, growth retardation; 8.Neuromuscular diseases; 9.After tonsillectomy,Obesity,Sleep apnea,Repeated nocturnal hypoxia.
