Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 3-9 years old (group 3-5 years old, 6-9 years old); 2. Conform to IXT diagnostic standard; 3. The first diagnosis does not require surgical intervention; Mild hyperopia, myopia, less than 200 astigmatism; 2 weeks after appropriate refractive correction; 4. After monocular covering for 40 minutes, the near squint and far squint are less than or equal to 25PD; The positive position can be controlled by looking far and near; Dynamic silhouette adjustment function>2.5DS; 5. Lens matching standard: myopia 0.5D, astigmatism 1.5D, hyperopia 3.0D, anisometropia 1.0D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertical incommensurability (AV exotropia); 2. Abnormal oblique muscle function; 3. nystagmus; 4. Amblyopia; 5. anisometropia; 6. Organic diseases of anterior segment and posterior segment, craniofacial dysplasia affecting the orbit, and obvious nervous system abnormalities; 7. Adjust paralysis except for dynamic silhouette; 8. Preterm and low birth weight infants.
