Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet any one of the following items are considered for inclusion: 1. Patients with sepsis or septic shock; 2. Patients with severe trauma; 3. Patients with aspiration; 4. Patients with severe acute pancreatitis; 5. Patients with massive blood transfusion (a blood transfusion volume exceeds 1 to 1.5 times the patient's own blood volume, or the blood transfusion is greater than 1/2 of the own blood volume within 1 hour, or the blood transfusion rate is greater than 1.5ml/(kg.min)); 6. Patients with pulmonary infection; 7. Patients who inhale toxic gases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age is less than 18 years old; 2. The length of stay in the ICU is less than 24 hours; 3. The patient has participated in other clinical studies; 4. The patient or his family refuses to participate.
